Exhibition stand rental is available either as floor space or as a shell scheme stand, at the cost of 450€+19%VAT, with a minimum participation of six (6) sq. m.

Standard Booth Type

The offered standard booth type will be composed of:

1.  
   1. Melamine wall partitions with aluminium frames (2,5m height)
   2. White melamine fascia board (25 cm)
   3. One (1) power socket (500W)
   4. One (1) spotlight (100W) per 3 sq. m.

Exhibitors are entitled with:

• Space arrangement, set-up and dismantling of the standard offered booth
• Two (2) complimentary Exhibitor Staff Registrations per 6-9 sq.m of exhibition space
• ¼ page company profile per 6-9 sq.m in the Sponsors/Exhibitors Catalogue
• Logo on the Congress Website, exhibitor's section
• Security for the exhibition space

Remarks

• For the exhibition booth selection process, priority will be given based on sponsorship superiority collectively with date of signed Agreement.
• For special constructions other than the aforementioned, the Exhibitor will undertake all costs along with full responsibility for transportation and construction. The cost remains the same in case "Pop-Ups or Network" type constructions are used.
• A ´first come first served´ basis, will apply.
