You may pre - register to the 33rd FEBS Congress & 11th IUBMB Conference by filling out the registration form and your payment to the Professional Congress Organizer following the deadlines outlined in the table below. From June 28th, 2008 and onwards registrations will be accepted only at the Congress Secretariat in the congress venue.

Notes:

• Young members and students are kindly requested to provide the PCO with the relevant documentation (i.e. proof of age or valid student pass) upon registration.
• The registration fees do not include insurance of participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
• On-line payment process for the 3rd FEBS Congress & 11th IUBMB Conference (registration, accommodation etc) is fully encrypted in order to protect credit card transactions, using VeriSign SSL certificates.

Cancellation & Substitution Policy

• Written cancellations and/or substitutions* will be accepted until 28/05/2008 and an administrative fee of 60€ (30 € for Young Members and Students) will be charged.
• There is no refund for cancellations received from 29/05/2008 and onwards.
• After 29/05/2008 no substitutions can be made.
• All refunds will be processed one (1) month following the end of the Congress.

* Substitute delegates will be accepted upon written confirmation provided that they submit a Registration Form, duly filled in, for the replacing delegate.
